Working Principle

The materials are evenly transported to the sand making machine through the feeder. The sand making machine uses the centrifugal impact of the rotor during high-speed rotation to throw the materials entering the cavity through the throwing port and hit the annular lining plate. Then, the materials bounce back and collide with other materials again to form the crushing of materials. The crushed mixture is transported to the vibrating screen by the belt conveyor through the discharge port, and then the vibrating screen is used for classification screening. The qualified finished products are transported to the finished product pile by the finished product belt conveyor, and the unqualified materials are returned to the sand making machine by the return belt conveyor for re crushing, thus forming a closed-circuit circulation system.
